Happy Friday guys
Hope you all had a nice week.
I had the nicest two days with Lily spending some Mammy and Lily time while Sean was working. It was so nice. I honestly feel like I’m totally getting this now. We went to see Lily’s newborn photos on Wednesday and I am just in love. I can’t wait to share them with you all. I’m also outfit planning for my Rome trip in a few weeks so no doubt you’ll be seeing a lot more fashion on my stories as I scroll through the internet looking for looks. I’ll have some pieces up today. I am so looking forward to the next few week as I’ve a good few events coming up that I can’t wait for so I get to dress up and be Aoibhe again.
If you are new to my blog then welcome. I do this blog post every month talking about what I’m loving, planning, missing and more each month. This is not sponsored at all so any brands or products I mention in here isn’t paid for by any of them. So let’s get onto it……
This Month I’m…..
MoxieGirlClothing. This is a new website that I am collaborating with. There is no money involved but I just love their stuff and it’s really great for an Irish fashion website. Their pieces are really unusual and different which is something we are missing in Ireland. Their prices are very affordable too which is even better. You can SHOP HERE
To share with you all a project I’m working on. I am back and forth with a few people and I could burst with excitement. I am hoping it all works out before Christmas now but we will see. I also can’t wait to show you all my new website. It’s just getting started and I know it will be fabulous (even if I say so myself). It’s going to be very me now. I feel this website is brilliant but it’s the old me. It’s very girlie girl and as much as I love that, it’s not as me anymore.
The Juice Works – Juice Cleanse. I do this twice a year and have to say it’s absolutely brilliant. You can do 1 day, 3 days or 5 days. It makes me feel great. I don’t do it for weight-loss reasons, it’s for health reasons for me. I find it totally flushes me out and I feel amazing after doing it too. I sleep better and my skin looks amazing too. I really do recommend it for anyone feeling sluggish or tired. It really does work if you stick to it. You can read more HERE.
Getaway in Lough Eske in Co. Donegal. We are going next month for a little getaway just the three of us and we can’t wait. I am looking forward to taking Lily. It will be lovely and I’ve heard it’s such a beautiful hotel. If you followed me for a while, you’ll know my obsession with Afternoon Tea is on another level so I actually cannot wait to take Lily to her first Afternoon Tea. It’s got a beautiful spa too which I most definitely will be booking into also.
My Mommy Bag. I could not wait for it to arrive. It’s so big and handy especially for everything you have to take with a baby. I love that you can wipe it also. It comes with a changing mat and a thick strap to put over your shoulder. You can now buy them in Ireland too which is even better as they were mainly in the States. You can buy it HERE.
I’m nearly at 50K on Insta. What the hell???? Honestly I cannot believe the support from so many people. It’s actually crazy. I am beyond grateful for everyone that follows me, enjoys the videos and reading my blog posts. I am so glad people enjoy following me and never did I imagine nearly 50,000 people would want to be part of this crazy journey of my life. I just ‘sharing my shit’ as I always say to people. I don’t ever ever think I am someone nor will I EVER. I am always just me and what you see is what you get. Anyone who’s met me in real life will tell you just that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you don’t follow me on Instagram, you can follow me HERE.
My outfits for my trip to Rome. One thing I love is travelling but I also love the outfits for the trip too. Sean laughs at me but then he loves when I get there and I am so quick to get ready then. We are off to Rome in a few weeks for Sean’s best friend’s wedding and I’ve never been. I actually have never been to Italy so it’s most definitely somewhere that is on my list. We had planned to do Florence, Pisa and Venice initially before we found out I was pregnant and knew we had a new baby. So they can come next time. We’ll do a little trip with her next year to Italy. I have a few pieces bought already but still a few to go.
The fact I got signed to The Collaborations Agency. AHHHHHH! Honestly such a year highlight for me. I have worked my ass off for the past few years on my blog. A lot of bloggers no longer ‘blog’ and that is fine but I pride myself on still writing my blog always. That is why I started and I will never let that go. This is why I am where I am now. It was such an honour to be asked to be part of an incredible agency who has the likes of Conor Mc Gregor, Courtney Smith, Rosie Connolly and Vogue Williams on their books. I am excited for what is to come and what lies ahead.
Tropicana Smooth Orange juice & Custard tarts from Costa. This is honestly the truth. I am addicted to both. It started during my pregnancy but it has continued on. I am in LOVE!!! It helps that I love Costa coffee also so they are a fabulous little combination. And Tropicana orange juice just speaks for itself.
My nominations for BEST OVERALL INFLUENCER & BEST LIFESTYLE INFLUENCER at the 2018 Irish Beauty Blog Awards. Ekkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!! I am so thrilled to be shortlisted in two categories. I haven’t put myself forward or voted in any awards in a few years so it’s nice to be shortlisted. You can vote daily in both categories and I would be so grateful for your support. Voting close into days
Thank you so much. Of course vote for your favourites
Dr. Paw Paw 7 in 1 Hair Treatment. I’ve been using this for AGES now. But I ran out and I spotted it in a pharmacy a few weeks ago and bought it. I forgot how much I adored it so much. It leaves your hair smelling divine and SUPER silky/soft too.
Until next month….Can you believe it will be October? Where is time going?
Love Aoibhe xxx
