So as you all know I LOVE to bake 🙂 
I learned so much from my Nana (what a woman) as a child and just fell in love with it. I can make so much and everytime I upload a photo of my creations you all want to know how to make it. My last was my Mars Bar Malteaser slices. See recipe HERE which some of you tweeted me, ones you made thanks to my recipe. 

My next is my Cookie Dough Brownies. These are a bit more complicated than the Mars Bar slices but just as delicious. 

Ingredients for Cookie Dough (top)
 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
  1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup Stork butter melted
 3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup cream flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Ingredients for Brownie (bottom)
1 large bar of melted Bournville chocolate 
1 large bar of melted ANY milk chocolate
4 large eggs
 3/4 cup Stork butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cream flour
1 small cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Now to get down to business of making the brownies. Just so you know you can make plain brownie alone without the top layer by just using the ingredients of the Brownie.
Making the Brownie layer – 
Preheat the oven to 175C. Get a 9×9 inch non stick tin to put the mixture in. Melt both the Bournville chocolate, milk chocolate and the butter on the hob. When fully melted add slowly one after the other, the sugar, eggs, salt and then vanilla extract. When completely mixed up place in the baking tin and bake for 25-30mins. When finished take it out and do the TOOTH PICK test. Put a toothpick  into the center and if it comes out clean, it’s cooked.
At this stage you, I recommend if you are just making Chocolate Brownies that you buy white chocolate chips from Tesco to add to the mixture. You add these just before you put them into the tin. So when everything is mixed up. 
If making Cookie Dough Brownies continue…..
Making the Cookie Dough layer – 
Using a mixer, mix up the butter, salt, sugar until it’s light and creamy. Add the vanilla and milk. Gently add in the flour until it’s got thicker. We are nearly done now as we add the chocolate chips in. Before putting the cookie dough mix onto the brownie we just made, make sure it is firm enough so they won’t mix together. Pour the mixture on top of it. To finish add more chocolate chips to the top to decorate.
Chill the brownies in the fridge for upto 2-3hours. Take out, cut and ENJOY 🙂
